선교지에서의 삶과 사역을 ‘Peer Debriefing’을 통해 평가하고 선교사역을 분석하며 정의할 수 있도록 지원한다. 선교연구 방향설정과 필요한 연구자료를 공유하며 선교 노하우를 더 발전시킴으로 한국의 세계선교에 이바지한다. 미래의 전략적 선교를 위해 준비하고 계획하도록 지도하고 코칭한다.

Through ‘Peer Debriefing,’ we help missionaries evaluate their life and ministry in the mission field. We also provide direction for their mission research, with the purpose of developing more knowledge about mission work and contributing toard the work of Korea’s global missions.

		디브리핑 Peer Debriefing 자신의 사역을 돌아보고 나누고 평가한 후, 사역을 재정리 할 수 있게 하며 선교지에서 가장 절실히 느꼈던 선교연구 주제를 선정할 수 있도록 돕는다. It is useful to reflect upon one’s ministry, and to share, and analyze what can be done better. We help individuals to reorder their ministry and to determine the mission research topic they most deeply want to study.
		진단•상담•치유 Diagnosis•Counseling•Healing SPARE-O 모델을 따라 영적(Spiritual), 신체적(Physical), 실현적(Actual), 관계적(Relational), 정서적(Emotional), 조직적(Organizational) 차원에서 선교사를 진단하고 하나님의 말씀과 성령의 역사로 ‘하나님의 치유(상한 감정의 치유)’를 경험하게 한다. Following the SPARE-O model, we will diagnose missionaries from the Spiritual, Physical, Actual, Relational, Emotional and Organizational aspects, and help them to experience God's healing (healing of wounded hearts) through God's Word and the Holy Spirit's power.
		연구 Research 선교사역 동안 느끼고 겪었던 선교주제들을 파악하고 연구주제를 구체화한다. 필요한 연구자료를 제공하고 테이블 톡(Table Talk)과 발표를 통해 한국의 세계선교에 도움이 될 자료를 공유한다. Missionaries will specify the mission topics that have been on their hearts while they were in the mission field. They will research these topics and will present their findings during “table talk” sessions. Their research will be contributed as a resource to further Korea's global missions efforts.
		교육 Education 성경과 역사, 특별히 신약의 교회를 통해 나타난 Missio Dei(하나님의 선교)를 이해하도록 문화인류학, 종교신학, 타 문화권 리더십을 가르치고, 다양한 문화, 종교, 인종 속에서 효과적인 선교를 감당하는 선교사게 되게 한다. In order to help missionaries to do their work effectively, we help them understand the Missio Dei (Mission of God) revealed in the New Testament churches in the Bible and in history. We also teach cultural anthropology, theology of religion, cross-cultural leadership, and about a variety of cultures, religions, and ethnicities.

		건강관리 Health Care 선교지에서 지친 선교사들의 건강관리를 위해 선교사 돌봄 사역에 자원봉사자로 동참한 치과의사와 한의사, 상담가 등이 의료적 치유를 제공한다. We have a volunteer dentist, an oriental medicine doctor, and a counselor who have partnered with the ministry of ANMC. They will provide medical healing and health care to missionaries who have been fatigued.
		견학•안식 Outdoor Activities 캔터키 인근에 있는 역사적 장소와 아름다운 자연 명소 방문, 특별히 영적부흥운동의 중심지였던 케인 릿지(Cane Ridge)와 애즈베리 대학교는 지친 선교사들에게 영적회복을 제공한다. 무엇이 안식이며 어떻게 안식해야 하는지에 대한 신학적, 성서적 지식과 방법을 나눈다. Participants will visit historical and beautiful natural attractions. In particular, they will visit Cane Ridge and Asbury University which were both centers of spiritual revival in the past. These activities will provide spiritual renewal to missionaries who have been worn out. They will also learn about the theological and biblical basis of the sabbath, and how one should go about taking a rese/sabbath.
		선교영성 Mission Spirituality 선교와 영성의 관계를 성서적, 신학적, 역사적으로 이해하여 선교영성이 무엇인지를 알게한다. 선교와 영성이 분리된 것이 아니라 함께 가야한다는 것을 다시 확인한다. 방법으로는 듣는 기도, 선교적 묵상과 해석, 창조적 긴장 등이 있다. Biblically, theorlogically, and historically, we help people understand the relationship between mission and spirituality and understand what mission spirituality is. We confirm once again that mission and spirituality are not separable, but must go together. Some of the methods for this include prayer, missional meditation, interpretation, and creative tension.
		1:1 영어수업 1:1 English Tutoring 매주 미국인과 1:1 맞춤 영어교육으로 발음교정과 회화 실습의 경험을 제공함으로써 글로벌 시대에 세계선교를 더 효율적으로 감당하게 한다. Every week participants will receive specifically ailored one-on-one English lessons with a native English speaker. Through refinement of pronunciation and conversational practice, persons will be equipped to effectively carry on world mission in this global generation.
