Refresh & Revitalize promotes the understanding of other cultures and religions, to missionaries that are wounded and weary from working on the mission field. It teaches and trains on the topic of Spiritual Warfare and Mission Spirituality, and helps missionaries to experience healing and revitalization.

		진단 Diagnosis SPARE-O 모델을 따라 영적, 신체적, 실현적, 관계적, 정서적, 조직적 차원에서 선교사•목회자를 진단한다. Missionaries are evaluated using the diagnostic tool, SPARE-O Model; Spiritual, Physical, Actual, Relational, Emotional, and Organizational.
		상담•치유 Counseling & Healing 진단을 바탕으로 필요한 상담을 제공한다. 하나님의 말씀과 성령의 역사로 그들의 상한 마음에 ‘하나님의 치유(상한 감정의 치유)’를 경험하도록 돕는다. After the diagnosis, we offer personalized counseling. Through God's Word and the work of the Holy Spirit, we believe missionaries will experience God's healing for their wounded hearts.
		교육•훈련 Education & Training 타문화/종교에 대한 이해와 영적전쟁, 선교영성, 타문화권 리더십 교육과 훈련을 통해 다음 선교를 계획, 준비하게 한다. We offer education and training about cultures, religions, spiritual warfare, mission spirituality and other culture leadership, to prepare missionaries-pastors for the planning and execution of the next phase of their ministries.
		코칭 Coaching 1:1 멘토링 네트워크(선교사-선교사, 선교사-선교단체, 선교사-교회)를 형성하도록 지원하고 Missio Dei(하나님의 선교)를 이해함으로써 선교/사역 전략 모델을 설정하도록 코칭한다. We help missionaries connect into a 1:1 mentoring network (missionary to missionary, missionary to missions organization, missionary to church), Through the Understanding of Missio Dei, missionaries-pastors are coached to choose the best strategic model for their mission/ministry field.
