to love and care for missionaries, pastors, lay ministers, and their families,
in the compelling love of the missionary God,
the grace of Jesus Christ who was sent to the world,

• 공동체 삶 모델: 쉼터와 샘터인 베다니홈에서 멤버케어를 제공하고 소명을 새롭게 한다.
• 연구-개발 모델: 사역 경험과 지식을 연구-개발-자료화하도록 돕는다.
• 네트워킹 모델: 치유와 회복에 관한 전문 기술과 멤버케어 자원을 네트워킹한다.
• 현장방문 모델: 사역 현장을 방문하여 멤버케어를 제공한다.
